An application for a transfer certificate must be made in writing by the parent or guardian. The transfer certificate will not be issued unless all outstanding dues to the school have been cleared.

The transfer certificate will be issued only to the parent or guardian of the student.

In the event that a parent is transferred, the transfer certificate will be considered favorably only if a copy of the transfer order is provided to the school.

Applications for transfer certificates must be submitted before *April 25th

If the application is submitted after April 25th, the transfer certificate will be issued only after the payment of the 1st term fees.

This policy ensures that all procedures regarding the transfer of students are conducted smoothly and in accordance with school regulations.
